We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing fast-food company. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, guiding our financial strategy, and ensuring the company’s financial health. This role requires a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, preferably within the fast-food sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique financial dynamics of a fast-paced, high-volume business and will be instrumental in driving our continued growth and profitability. |
Responsibilities |
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections. Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with operational leaders to optimize financial performance, reduce costs, and improve profitability. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations across the organization. Risk Management: Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with the business. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. Capital Management: Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners. Ensure effective capital allocation to support business growth and expansion. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure the team has the necessary skills and tools to execute their roles effectively. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory agencies. Serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries and communications. |
Job Requirements |
*Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. *Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable. *Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with significant experience in *the F&B industry, preferably within the fast food or quick service restaurant sector. *Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations. *Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. *Demonstrated ability to manage financial risks, optimize operational efficiency, and drive profitability. *Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. |
