Restaurant Manager

We are a dynamic and growing burger restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational excellence. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, from staff management to financial performance, to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the burger restaurant including, but not limited to, staff scheduling, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen and restaurant premises.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order supplies as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
  • Manage the restaurant budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase customer footfall and revenue.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive restaurant image.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Utilize management information systems to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role in a fast-food or casual dining setting.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • proficiency in English is must, Arabic is plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
